Short-hulled wooden convertible MTBs/MGBs, these were the last class with petrol engines. The design was developed from Vosper's MTB538 and was basically an interim one (after the 'Darks') since development of the Deltic diesel was being delayed. Originally were numbered as FPBs but were completed with P numbers.
mid-1950s, all: - 1 x 2 - 20/70; + 1 x 1 - 40/60 Mk 7
