Coast Guard. Class 'A'. GRP hull. Firefighting monitor can be replaced by 40mm gun, mine rails can be fitted.

Naval service

Skredsvik was transferred to Navy and in February 1993 was commissioned as mine clearance divers support ship and command vessel for mine countermeasures operations.
