Ship project history: Former German minesweepers of M1916 type, bought by Yugoslavia 20/7/1921 without armament.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: Kobac, Labud, Orao, Sokol were captured by Italian troops at Split 10/4/1941, Galeb and Jastreb were captured at Kotor 17/4/1941. All 6 ships were commissioned by Italian Navy as Unie, Zuri (later Oriole), Vergada, Eso, Selve and Zirona. Zirona 25/11/1941 was damaged by British aircraft and ran aground at Bengasi. Selve was sunk in the same place by British aircraft 6/11/1942. Eso was sunk 19/1/1943 by British torpedo bomber at Djerba. Unie was sunk by American aircraft at Bizerte 30/1/1943. Oriole was scuttled at Augusta 10/7/1943. Vergada was returned to Yugoslavian Government in exile 7/12/1943, after war as Pionir, later Zelengora she served till 1962.
