Ship project history: Four destroyers have been ordered by Turkey in 1939 to Vickers-Armstrong and Denny as "I" class ships built for the RN, but with quadruple TTs. Fire control system was similar accepted on Brazilian "Í". British government has redeemed two destroyers. Two more, built by Denny, are put Turkish fleet in 1942

Naval service: Ithuriel was damaged by German He 111 bombers off Bon 27-28/11/1942 and never repaired.
