Ship project history: Built in Abo as mine transport for Kronshtadt naval base, officially was registered under War Department.
Modernizations: None.
Naval service: Since 27/2/1927 she was used as survey vessel, 1/1/1932 renamed Azimut. 31/7/1941 she was armed and converted to netlayer, but 18/10/1941 re-classified again as survey vessel. 22/11/1941, at passage from Hanko, Azimut was mined and has sunk off Kalbodagrund bank.
