Ship project history: Former Iranian patrol boats Azerbaijan, Gehlani and Mazenderan. 27/8/1941 they were captured at Bandar-Pehlevi (Caspian Sea) by Soviet troops and 23/9/1941 commissioned by Soviet Caspian Flotilla as SKA-1-3.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: In 1946 they were returned to Iran and under names Babolsar, Gorgan and Sefidrud served till 1972.
