Ship project history: Four-funneled low-board torpedo cruiser. Tejo was wrecked in 1910 but was salvaged and rebuilt under new project in 1917.

Modernizations: 1917: boilers were replaced by White-Forster, funnels were decreased to two. - 2 x 1 - 47/40

Naval service: Tejo was wrecked in 1910 but was salvaged and rebuilt under new project. She was commissioned secondary in 1917 and served as a destroyer till 1929.
