Ship project history: River gunboats of Seta class were intended for service on Chinese rivers. Ships had  similar characteristics and outwardly resembled predeccessors.

Seta class ships were built under the 1921-1928 program.

1945, both survived: - 6 x 1 - 25/60; + 5 x 1 - 13.2/76
