Project history

Former Dutch O8, ex-British H6. 18.1.1916, after beaching, she was interned by Netherlands Government, later sold by British Government and commissioned by Dutch Navy 7.5.1917. O8 was 14.5.1940 captured by German troops at Helder, 23.7.1940 renamed UD1; 21.11.1940 she entered service with Kriegsmarine.

Naval service

UD1 was stricken 22.11.1943 and scuttled 3.5.1945 at Kiel.
