Project history

Former USN Fletcher class destroyers; all were modernized before transfer under MDAP, classified in Bundesmarine as type 119. They received new weapons, new electronics and additional German command systems.

1974, Zerstörer 4: - 1 x 2 - 76/50 (aft); + 1 x 1 - 76/62 OTO-Melara Compact (for trials)
