Ship project history: Ex-catapult vessel of Deutsche Lűfthansa. Seaplanes were handled by 15t crane. Ostmark was sunk by British submarine Tuna 24/9/1940 SW off St. Nazaire after she was received an order to proceed to Germany for commissioning by Navy.
