Sperrbrecher 1 was damaged by mine 30.3.1944, towed off to Brest and sunk by Allied aircraft 26.8.1944. Sperrbrecher 2 was mined 22.9.1940 off Boulogne. Sperrebrecher 3 was scuttled 26.8.1944 off Bordeaux. Sperrbrecher 4 was sunk 27.8.1944 by Allied aircraft at Brest. Sperrbrecher 5 was exploded 14.8.1944 at Royan after Allied air attack. Sperrbrecher 6 wrecked after Allied air attack 13.8.1944 at Royan. Sperrbrecher 7  was was badly damaged by Allied aircraft 12.8.1944 at La Pallice and torpedoed by Polish destroyer Piorun. Sperrbrecher 8 was sunk by Allied aircraft 28.8.1944 at Brest. Sperrbrecher 9 was damaged by mine 31.5.1943 at La Pallice and never repaired. Sperrbrecher 10 was mined 7.3.1944 off Norderney.
