Naval service: Renard I was mined 19/10/1917 in the Iroise, later salvaged and commissioned as tug. Loup and Marcassin were scuttled at Toulon 27/11/1942, latter raised by Germans 6/10/1943 but 5/7/1944 sunk again by Allied aircraft.
