Ship project history: French project of Le Normand. For her time this boat already looked become outdated, however because of low-level cost she was been chosen as a prototype for Springeren class. Torpedo tubes were arranged curiously: double deck mount had tubes arranged in contrary directions.

Naval service: No significant events.
